Journal Prompt # 9

After a long wait...
Hurray!

We finally had our much awaited interview today!

This interview is very important because we need to gather information about the HRIS of USeP so that we can continue making our proposed HRIS for the HRDD of USeP..

Anyhow, here's what happened during our interview..

We went to the HRDD of USeP about 2:58 pm (2 minutes before the time Mam Marivic told us)..
When we went inside, we immediately noticed that Mam Marivic was not there so we asked someone in the office where she was..

A woman told us that Mam Marivic was absent for the day..
"Not again..", I whispered to myself
But we are not giving up..
Karen , one of my groupmates, told her what Mam Marivic had told us last Friday that..
if she can't accomodate us, she will assign someone in her department to do it.
The woman asked what our interview to Mam Marivic was all about..

We gave her our permission letter and explained what our "supposed to-be" interview was all about..

I was so thrilled when she told us that she was willing to be interviewed on behalf of Mam Marivic!

so we started the actual interview..

The woman that we interviewed was Mam Evelyn Del Rosario the Administrative Assistant II of the HRDD of USeP.

She readily answered our quetions and even allowed us to have a printscreen of the HRIS of USeP..

The interview ended about 3:20 pm.

I expected it to be longer than that..but suprisingly.. it finished fast..whew..

After the interview, I realized that Mam Evelyn was the right person that we should interview in the first place because she was the one who holds and knows the system of the HRIS of USEP that even Mam Marivic was not allowed to have access on..
