We submitted our request letter at Ford Davao today.
Their receptionist gave us the number of their IT supervisor and told us to contact him tomorrow to confirm if our request is approved.
We also visited Macondray today to find out where did our request letter had gone. We asked the guard if our letter was really forwarded to the information department. The guard told us that there was no letter left in their custody because they always forward all the letters that is handed to them to the information department. It was contradicting to what the information operator had told us over the phone that they didn’t receive any letter concerning our request.
We called again the information operator concerning what the guard had told us. She suggested that we could fax the letter directly to their information department that to make sure that our request will be never be lost again.
