[A Reflection]

Human beings are complex.

In every way.

Whether in terms of anatomy, behaviour, beliefs,relationships etc.

WE ARE COMPLEX.

Human beings have a lot of things to consider in short.

This is the reason why human beings are the least understood as a resource.

In terms of being managed,

Some organizations which only focus and concentrate on

building profits and are so caught up in making money,

tends to disregard their worker's rights and benefits..

this are results of abuse of power and authority..

which makes the human resource very prone to mishandling.

but fortunately, most companies nowadays know better.

Inspite of it all,

I agree and believe on the statement that human beings is still

the most important factor in an organzation.

People still are the one who build the concepts, strategy and above all

People are the ones who can and only understand its own kind

which make it potent and critical in an organization and

this is also the reason

why people can never be replaced by machines. (^_^)
